How it works

From retail data to a governed decision

PACX organises implementation around three steps: connect the decision data, validate the model and workflow, then introduce recommendations and permissions in a controlled scope.

Last reviewed

1. Define the decision and data contract

The first task is not connecting every available field. It is naming the decision, its grain, required inputs, owner, review cadence and downstream destination.

2. Backtest and review

Models and business rules are evaluated on historical periods that preserve time order. The team reviews accuracy, bias, exceptions and whether the resulting recommendation is usable.

3. Introduce permissions gradually

Start with visible recommendations and approvals. Broader automation follows only after the data, workflow and limits have been reviewed for that customer context.
