How PACX validates product evidence

PACX withholds quantitative product, customer, rollout, integration, security and company-history claims until the evidence record has a named owner, a reproducible source and a recorded approval.

What a publishable record contains

• A precise claim definition, scope and measurement period.
• A durable source that another reviewer can inspect or reproduce.
• An accountable owner, approver, approval date and review date.
• Customer consent when a name, logo, outcome or quote is involved.

While evidence is unresolved

The claim is absent from homepage copy, metadata and structured data. A production-build check rejects legacy review markers and any blocked claim fragment that reaches rendered HTML. Preview status text is not treated as permission to publish a claim.

Model-scale claims

No current model total or historical data-span claim is published. Before either can appear, PACX must document what is counted, exclusions and de-duplication, the source query, the measured date, the responsible owner and the approval record. The public page will then show the definition next to the approved figure.
